Live Cricket Streaming Pakistan Vs Srilanka - Asia Cup 2012

The format of Asia Cup 2012 doesn't allow any of the teams to be complacent as they have only one match against each opponents. A loss here or there can eliminate one's chances of reaching the finals. Hence Pakistan Vs Srilanka match could be a virtual knock out game for both the teams at Mirpur.

Srilanka looks a bit inconsistent just like Pakistan. Srilanka was impressive down under but they lost their first match against India by 50 runs. Their bowling looked ordinary in front of Gambhir and Kohli, the centurions in that match. Bowling department badly missed Lasith Malinga who is out due to an injury. Srilanka would eagerly await his comeback in the team. Batting looks good when Dilshan, Jayawardene or Sangakkara are on the pitch. But once they depart, things look uncertain for Srilanka.

Pakistan can't be too happy with their win against Bangladesh as it was a hard fought one and till the mid stage it seemed Bangladesh would win. Good bowling in the death overs plus some good batting by the openers saved the match for Pakistan. They need to pull up their socks to compete against Srilanka who have just played a high quality cricket in Australia.

Pakistani coach Dave Whatmore is happy with the team's preparations for this match and he believes a win here and his team is through to the finals. Similar would be the hopes in the Srilankan camp. Let us sit back and enjoy this lovely match which would bring some interesting moments for all the cricket fans.
