Chennai vs Punjab and Bangalore vs Pune - IPL Cricket Live Streaming

Cricket Live Streaming IPL 2013

After the conclusion of 44 IPL 2013 cricket matches the picture is a bit clear now. Although top four teams are yet to be decided and we will see a lot of changes in points table, still we can say it looks almost improbable now for teams like Delhi, Pune and Kolkata to make it to the play offs. Yes there could be permutations and combinations which can take them to play offs but above all they need to start winning consistently and then depend on results of other teams.

Let us preview two matches scheduled for today:

Match 1 - Chennai Super Kings vs Kings XI Punjab

The real kings would also battle in scorching heat. So is the case in today's match. Chennai's killing heat will test Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab. With six consecutive wins, Chennai looks favourite to win this one and further increase their points to stay on first position in points table. Kings XI Punjab still has a fairly good chance to make it to the play-offs if they can win few matches on the trot.

Gilchrist is completely out of form and he has rested himself. Swashbuckling batsman Shaun Marsh comes in. He has an exceptional technique and he can adapt to any format of the game. If he gets going, the team can win more. Other good contributors to Punjab's win have been Mandeep Singh and David Miller. Not to forget Punjab has a very good bowling line up consisting of Azhar Mahmood, Praveen Kumar, Piyush Chawla, etc. But this team needs to pull a rabbit out of their hats to beat Chennai today.
Staying at the top of points table always brings a smile
Michael Hussey stands second in race of Orange Cap and he is consistently scoring runs for his team at the top. Raina slowly comes back to his form and it would be great if he clicks well before play offs so that he can be an equally good contributor during play offs. Saha and Badrinath can play a major role. MS Dhoni continues to be the best finishers of this game. His 15 ball 45 runs against Pune Warriors got yet another win for his team. Bravo, Ashwin, Nannes and couple of other bowlers need to be economical an provide consistent breakthroughs.

Match 2 - Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Pune Warriors India

It isn't too long ago when Pune Warriors team was dismantled by Gayle storm. 175 runs not out with 17 sixes is something we can just imagine in the weirdest of our dreams. But Chris Gayle proved it true. That happened in Bangalore and can he repeat this in Pune today?

Pune Warriors would certainly come up with some plan against Gayle because he has never failed against this team. His numbers tell the story. But its not only Gayle who can win matches for RCB. Even Kohli and AB de Villiers are doing a great job with bat.

Aaron Finch and Steve Smith are giving their 100% to the team. They lack support from others. Yuvraj Singh and Uthappa have managed to get good starts but they haven't build their starts to big knocks. Pune has a good team that can create upsets but the bad form of players haven't done justice to the team's potential. Reaching play-offs seems impossible for Pune Warriors but atleast few big wins can cheer the Pune fans.
